Cannot connect to server?

  • Please check your network connection for any issues in internet connectivity
  • If you are using mobile data connection, please check the ManyMoments Client app is allowed to use mobile data

I do not receive any notifications?

  • Please check you have not muted the app’s notifications
  • Please check your phone is not on “do not disturb” focus or any other focus that limits notifications
  • Please check your phone’s volume is not muted.
